We accept iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), PayPal, Klarna pay-later, SEPA instant bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant European processors. Bank transfer and card orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

How fast is delivery and which carriers do you use?

Orders placed before 16:00 CET ship the same business day from the Netherlands via DPD or PostNL. EU-wide delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, fully tracked. Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no peptide-related markings visible.

my\PEPT ships from the Netherlands to all 27 EU member states, plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Every shipment includes a tracked DPD or PostNL label and batch-specific verification on the matching product page.

How should research peptides be stored?

Accepted Answer

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides keep up to 24 months at −20 °C in a sealed vial. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8 °C and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and direct sunlight.

What is your returns policy on research peptides?

Accepted Answer

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, opened or shipped peptide vials cannot be returned. Damaged, missing or incorrect items are replaced or refunded within 14 days — contact service@mypept.eu with your order number and a photo.
