Shipping, Refunds & Returns
Dispatch & Processing
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days (MondayโFriday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Order confirmation & tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email with your tracking number is sent once the order has been dispatched. All shipments are fully tracked via PostNL or DHL.
Payment methods
We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and 300+ altcoins) and SEPA bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payments are typically confirmed instantly. Bank transfer orders are processed within 24 hours of payment receipt.
Business days
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. Orders placed on non-business days are processed on the next available business day.

Next business day delivery via PostNL or DHL.
Netherlands & Luxembourg
1โ2 business days.
France, Germany, Austria & Ireland
2โ3 business days.
Rest of EU
3โ5 business days. This includes Poland, Spain, Italy, Czechia, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Slovenia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
United Kingdom & Switzerland
3โ5 business days. Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to local customs clearance, which can affect delivery times.
International / Rest of World
5โ10 business days, depending on destination and local postal infrastructure.
Important note
All delivery times listed above are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery depends on carrier performance and local conditions. my\PEPT cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure.
Shipping Costs
Standard rate
A flat shipping rate of โฌ8.95 applies to all destinations, regardless of order weight or destination country.
Free shipping
Orders with a subtotal of โฌ150 or more qualify for free shipping. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before shipping costs are applied.
Carriers & Packaging
Carriers
We ship via PostNL and DHL. The carrier is selected automatically based on your destination and availability. You will receive your tracking number and a direct tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, logos, or descriptions are visible on the exterior of the package. The sender information does not reference product contents.
Invoices & documentation
Invoices are sent by email only and are never included inside the package. The packing slip inside the package contains only the order reference number.
Customs & Import (Non-EU Destinations)
Non-EU shipments
For shipments to non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Customs processing
my\PEPT has no control over customs processing times, inspections, or delays. Delivery time estimates for non-EU destinations do not include potential customs clearance periods.
Return Policy
No returns on research compounds
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality-control requirements, we cannot accept returns on dispatched products. Once shipped, products cannot be resold or independently verified for proper handling, storage conditions, or sterile integrity. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Legal basis
This policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, which provides exemptions from the 14-day withdrawal right for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e)), and for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Article 16(d)). Research peptides fall within both exemptions. Belgian law implements these provisions via the Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht), Book VI.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
Reporting damage
If your order arrives damaged, contains broken vials, or is otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mypept.eu. Please include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product, clear photographs of the outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Replacement
After reviewing your claim, we will ship a free replacement at no additional cost. We prioritise resolving damage claims promptly โ most replacements are dispatched within 1โ2 business days of claim approval.
Requirements for damage claims
Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence of the damage is required. Products must remain in their original state โ do not dispose of damaged items before contacting us. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a free replacement.
Refunds
When refunds apply
A full refund is only considered after a replacement shipment also arrives damaged or fails to be delivered. In other words: we always send a replacement first. Refunds are processed only after a second failed delivery attempt.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the EUR equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. Bank transfer refunds are returned to the originating IBAN. Processing takes 5โ10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us at info@mypept.eu with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The package cannot be recalled from the carrier. Please refer to the return policy and damage claim sections above.
Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments
What to do
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window listed above, contact us at info@mypept.eu with your order number. We will investigate the shipment status with the carrier.
Resolution
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will ship a free replacement at no additional cost. If a second replacement also fails to arrive, a full refund will be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Buyer responsibility
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, my\PEPT cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Returned packages
If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The re-shipment cost (โฌ8.95) is the responsibility of the buyer.
