Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all use of the my\PEPT website (mypept.eu) and to all offers, orders, and agreements made through this website. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Products
All products offered by my\PEPT are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are not approved by any regulatory authority (including EMA, FDA, or NVWA) for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, medical or therapeutic applications, cosmetic use, self-experimentation, or supplementation. Any use other than in-vitro research is expressly prohibited.
Buyer Responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older, are acting as a qualified professional or on behalf of a research institution, possess sufficient knowledge and experience with research compounds, and assume full responsibility for the use, storage, and handling of products after receipt.
Liability
my\PEPT accepts no liability for incorrect or improper use of products, damage resulting from use outside of research purposes, direct or indirect damage, consequential damage, or injury, or damage occurring after delivery of products. All liability rests with the buyer.
Orders and Delivery
Orders are processed subject to availability. my\PEPT aims for careful and timely delivery but cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or external parties. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. my\PEPT reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency and SEPA bank transfer.
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are not accepted on shipped or opened products. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy on damaged shipments.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of my\PEPT and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Legal Compliance
The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region regarding the purchase, import, storage, and use of these products. my\PEPT cannot be held responsible for orders that conflict with local legislation.
Modifications
my\PEPT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version is always available on this page.
Governing Law
All agreements and use of this website are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the buyer's place of residence within the EU, where mandatory consumer law allows.
