GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex) is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex first identified in human blood plasma by Loren Pickart in the 1970s. The tripeptide backbone Gly-His-Lys coordinates a single Cu2+ ion (CAS 89030-95-5; molecular weight 401.91 Da; formula C14H23CuN6O4), forming a compact metallopeptide with a characteristic blue colour in solution.
GHK-Cu is studied in preclinical research on extracellular-matrix remodelling, fibroblast signalling, antioxidant-enzyme expression and the modulation of gene expression in cell-culture models. The copper peptide is one of the most frequently cited compounds in this field and is often used as a reference material when comparing other copper peptides such as AHK-Cu.
GHK-Cu is also available as the GHK-Cu Pen (50 mg in 3 ml) and as a component of the KLOW and GLOW blends and The Recovery Protocol bundle. The peptide reconstitution calculator converts the 100 mg vial mass and a chosen diluent volume into a concentration.
GHK-Cu ships within Europe, including Ireland, and every parcel is tracked. Customers in Ireland can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna or SEPA transfer; other European countries see their local payment options at checkout. Our support team answers questions about batches, certificates and order status before and after purchase.
GHK-Cu is sold strictly for laboratory research use only and is not for human consumption. myPEPT makes no medical claims and does not give legal advice; buyers confirm at checkout that they are purchasing for research purposes and are responsible for compliance with the rules that apply to them.
